You Were All Birds and Now You Are A Star

This installation was created after an artist residency in Mexico and following a series of

encounters with the use of gold and silver as ancient symbols for sun and moon. Taking

a line from Octavio Paz’s poem, the work is embedded with thoughts on transformation,

of potential and of circle of nature.

The work has been shown at the Sebastian Foundation in Mexico City, Mexico (2015)

and Visual Art @Temenggong, Singapore (2015)
