It Was When I Thought Nothing Had Happened
Part of early experimentation in video installation, this work became a significant
turning point in studio practice, both conceptually and materially. The use of beads,
stitched one by one onto the surface of the panel, created a rather confusing, pixelated
picture coming from the moving image. The installation ‘poured out’ from the boundary
of the frame and became the inspiration of a similar installation work.
